Antinous the Gay God: One of the many "Antinomania" copies of the Belvedere Antinous made for European aristocrats ... St Petersburg

One of the many "Antinomania" copies of the Belvedere Antinous made for European aristocrats ... St Petersburg, Peterhof. This gilded bronze is by the master founder Vasily Petrovich Ekimov (1758-1837). During WWII, Peterhof was severely damaged and most of today's statues are modern restorations.
