A tourist died at about 6:42 pm yesterday after being dragged through the water at the beach Surfer Beach in Martinique sector Weed neighborhood in Aguadilla.
Police said the body of Cory Mildenstein was found floating in the water.
The agent Ephraim Oliver, attached to the seal of Aguadilla San Antonio and the Homicide Division and the prosecutor on duty took charge of the investigation.
