Transfer to the United States ordered De Castro Font
Judge gives guideline Besosa

The federal judge ordered Francisco Besosa former Senator Jorge de Castro was transferred to a prison in the U.S., federal prosecutors confirmed.
Yesterday afternoon, Besosa submitted an order which says that De Castro Font should be moved as soon as possible and does not explain any reason to order it.
The former senator from New Progressive Party (PNP) was sentenced to serve a sentence of five years for using his position as a legislator to do political favors for money. However, the federal judge had granted the former senator remained in Puerto Rico on hold and in order to contribute to statewide cases maintained by the Office of the Special Independent Prosecutor.
