A survey on the possibility of legalizing in Puerto Rico possession of up to an ounce of marijuana found that 69 & of respondents believe that having that amount should not be considered a crime.This study, conducted by the consulting firm and implementation of social intelligence SN Monitor is based on Senate Bill 517, which settled the popular legislator Miguel Pereira. The measure, which seeks to amend the Controlled Substances Act, would allow people over 21 to legally possess up to one ounce of marijuana.For the survey, 1,690 people were consulted over 18 years. The other 20% percent of respondents said to possess marijuana should be a crime, and the remaining 11% said they did not know, and I needed more information.
